Databases:

Databases are another marketing tool that can be utilized in several different ways. Log inventory, employee information, sales information, keep track of you sales team, record customer information, cost and pricing information, and vendors information, are just a few of the possibilities you might need this program for. What is so great about this program is that you can do quarries, which means you can take all your customer information and run a report just for their the customer name, contact names, and fax numbers. With the end result you get a phone book of fax number to all your customers so you can send them all a broadcast fax. All the information in one database can be sorted by zip code, state, salesperson, or any other field that you have in you database. All of these quarries can be saved as a text files for importing into other programs. My pricing is multi-fold, if you have a downloadable text file that I can import into Access I charge $25.00 per hour for quarries that you might need. If I have to input all the information from a print out I charge $13.00 per hour for the input needed plus $25.00 per hour to run the quarries. (The best way here is to have a database or UNIX system will as many fields as possible that can download to a text file. If you have a UNIX system administrator they will charge you over $125.00 per hour to produce just the text file. Ask your systems administrator for more information) Database information can also be included into web design, PowerPoint Presentations and Excel Spreadsheets.
