Invitations to an open house, a BBQ or other company functions is necessary to improve your profile or to thank your customer.  You might even want to creative an invention to a seminar. What ever the reason, an invitation is necessary to invite the people you want to attend. 

Several printing options, sizes, paper weights, and color options are available.  The final output of an invitation depends on what size or design you prefer. For example you could go with an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper that is tri-fold, or a sheet of paper that is 2.83 x 8.5 printed front and back and you get 3 invitations out of an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet. The set rules here is the smaller the invitation and the less colors you want is the most inexpensive way to go. You can brighten your invitation by having it printed on colored paper.
